My online fitness and nutrition programmes which are all available to you right now are the result of an amazing journey which started eighteen years ago.  I have worked at the highest level as a personal coach, gym manager & have owned 2 of my own CrossFit gyms, working over three different continents and winning multiple awards. 

 

I will help you not only create amazing physical transformations, but maintain these and in doing so help create sustainable health habits which will benefit your life as a whole not just your physique.

As your online Personal Coach I will manage and monitor your training to ensure that you are always on track.  I will motivate you to maintain momentum so that you can achieve maximum amount of results in the minimum amount of time.  I give you my 100% guarantee and commitment that by working together you will achieve your goal.

I believe in focusing on practice, habits and repetition.  

The reason for this is motivation can be unreliable.  It can come and go and we can’t always depend on it to achieve our goals.  Motivation usually comes after action not before.  
The more you act, the more motivated you’ll be. So by creating habits, showing up consistently and seeing results this will help maintain your motivation.

Reaching your desired physique and maintaining optimal health is an amazing achievement in life.  It has been the first step for myself and for so many clients that it has given them the confidence to chase other dreams and goals they have in respect of career, family and building a fulfilling lifestyle in general.

Personal Coach

I’d like to share a little about my journey in fitness, the experience gained, lessons learned and ultimately how I can apply my experience to help guide you to attain a level of health and fitness that up until now may always have felt out of reach.

One of the reasons why I know what it takes to transform your physique is because I have been there myself and I am passionate about helping other people achieve a healthier lifestyle.

​

My career has seen me coach everyone from CrossFit Games athletes, New Zealand All Blacks, military service personnel and of course men, women and children from every background from multiple countries. I’ve worked as an elite personal coach in New Zealand, Kuwait & the UK. I’ve also travelled and studied the fitness industry throughout Australasia, the Middle East and Europe.

 

From beginning as a humble gym instructor I progressed quickly through the ranks to become a personal coach & Bootcamp instructor culminating in winning the New Zealand Small Group Trainer of the year award, personal training manager, owner of two gyms & businessman. 

 

I have lectured on alternative training methods for undergraduates in New Zealand & coached multiple personal trainers across the globe, there isn’t much I haven’t seen or done in the industry.
